Is Runescape an appropriate game for children?

Runescape is not an appropriate game for children under 12 years of age. If your child is under 12, please have them play an age-related game. You might also put a guard on their ability to play games that aren't meant for their age range. Younger children have a lower maturity level and can cause immature juvenile problems. For instance, they might bug other players endlessly, have no sense of right and wrong, and try to get attention in whatever way they can. That is one of the big problems of RS...players with no consideration or maturity in the game. In fact, it is against the rules of RS for underaged players to even play the game. If brothers or sisters allow them to use their account, that bro/sis can be sumarily terminated from their own game usage. I have played RS for years and report that it is not a game where you can cyber-sex...or talk sex. That is an untruthful statement about RS. If people are going to slam a game like RS, at least they can be truthful about what the game is or is not. Runescape is a fantastic, immaginative game. There is no other game on the internet that is the calibur of RS for the same price, but it is not a place for a young child.
